1 Introduction & Acceptance

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To create an account at 33pd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate one account only. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account termination.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds at 33pd: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum amount for withdrawing winnings is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be held if the following conditions are not met:

The wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been fulfilled.
Suspicious activity has been detected on the account.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

33pd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳24,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Each bonus has a specific validity period — if the wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus may be cancelled.
In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent use, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
It may not be possible to activate a new bonus while another bonus is still active.
33pd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

6 VIP Program

By playing regularly at 33pd, you can advance to VIP levels. The VIP program has three tiers:

Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit.
Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback benefit.
Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit.

Your tier advances based on your gaming activity. The cashback provided at each tier is determined on a weekly basis. VIP benefits may change, and 33pd may modify the benefits without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 33pd:

Creating an account using false, misleading, or another person's identity.
Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
Abusing bonuses or promotions, commonly known as "bonus abuse".
Using any automated software, bots, or artificial means for gaming.
Suspicious financial transactions or activities related to money laundering.
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
Misconduct or harassment toward other users.

If any of the above activities are detected, 33pd may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where applicable.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.2 Technical Issues
